Now you will say I am living a balanced life, I am doing well in my job, earning a good amount of money having a healthy lifestyle, and also may be perfect relationships. What do you need more for a good life...Nah
A balanced life means having a positive outlook, focusing on good habits, lowering stress, continuously growing, having fun. While focusing on a healthy lifestyle being physically well, balanced living means protecting your mental and emotional health, too. Here is a quick tool that I found useful while my life coaching certification course to know that how balanced your life is. When first time I did it, it was completely out of balance. Gradually I learned to grow in every area of my life and increased my score. Do not get panic when you find it out of balance for you also, with practice and awareness you can balance it.
Here you go:
To fill out the wheel of life, score your level of satisfaction in each of the 8 areas of life. Zero is that you are not satisfied and ten being that you are extremely satisfied with where you are currently at. Then try to work on the area in which you scored low. Note down the action points you are going to take.
After done with your scores write down the action points you are going to take in the area in which you scored less. Just kick off with dedication and consistency. Hope you liked it, do share your views in the comment box.
